As soon as the fine weather returns, settle down by the Epte river for a countryside lunch, as a couple, with family, or friends.
The Moulin de Fourges offers freshly prepared picnic baskets every day, filled with homemade recipes and fresh produce, to enjoy on our riverside beach, in the surrounding fields, or to take away for your adventure in the region.

A simple and generous menu for a delicious break in nature:
- Turkey pastrami sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and mayonnaise
- Crudités salad: radish, carrot, pickled vegetables, avocado, hard-boiled egg
- Seasonal fruit tart
- 2 bottles of mineral water (33 cl each)
- 🍾 Gourmet Picnic Basket – €80 for 2 people
A refined version for a special moment for two:
- Chilled cucumber gazpacho
- Hearty Caesar salad
- Duo of pastrami (beef & turkey) with roasted seasonal vegetables
- Farm-fresh goat’s cheese
